PATRICK D. CROCKERis the manager and director of the Telecommuncations Law area of practice for the firm. He has represented hundreds of telecommuncations companies w(including CLECs) and other business owners who provide telecommunications services; including the regulated aspects of VOIP and Toll Conference Calling service providers. He practices before the FCC and State Regulatory Agencies and devotes most of his time to handling the special legal requirements of the highly regulated telecommunications industry in transactions involving the sale of telecom carriers; compliance with FCC and State regulations in all aspects of the business; advice and consultation regarding USF Fund issues, carrier contacts, tariff filings, and interconnection agreements.
