Telecommunications:  We have developed our focus in the Telecommunications area by providing legal services to hundreds of telecom businesses in the formation, registration, operation, development and sale of their businesses.   We have a national telecom services focus with clients in more than 30 states.  We have provided telecommunications law services to hundreds of clients .  We specialize in representing carriers and other business owners in the telecommunications industry in all aspects of State and Federal law, including, but not limited to, FCC and State Regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, consumer complaints, employment law and litigation. 

Customer Privacy Information Network (CPIN) Issues: In recent years, the FCC has issued Notices of Apparent Liability to Carriers for filing non-compliant annual CPNI certifications with the Commission.  We assist Carriers in annual filings with the FCC and in preparing and responding to the CPIN NA, correcting FCC filings and requesting reduced penalties.

USF Filings:  We have succesfully handled USF Fund issues for our clients. We provide certification services necessary in each state for setting up and operating an inter-LATA long distance carrier, CLEC, or VOIP service provider.

Health Care:  We have developed our expertise in the health care area with experience in representation of health care providers.  We provide advice and consultation on contracts with physicians, employees, adoption and implementation of compliance programs, and avoidance of liability for violation of federal and state anti-referral laws.

Employment Issues:  We also realize the Healthcare and Telecom industries create unique employment issues.  Because we represent these regulated businesses we are also familar with their related employment issues.
